TEXT FIRST

TikTok subtitles begin with a reviewable transcript

This tool creates plain English text from one supported local file. It does not create an SRT, VTT, burned-in caption track, or a new video. Keeping the output as text lets you check what was said before you decide which short lines belong in your own subtitle workflow.

SUBTITLE REVIEW CHECK

Make each line easy to read

Start with timestamps turned on and listen through the clip once. Keep one thought per line, separate a speaker change from the previous sentence, and compare spoken words with any words visible in the video. Names, numbers, and terms that sound alike deserve a second listen. That review is deliberately separate from transcription: the transcript records speech, while subtitles are the edited reading layer you choose to make.
